Vik Shahani brings over 10 years experience in recruitment, training and HR consulting to his clients in Japan. His understanding of human resources and his bi-lingual, bi-cultural ability led him to establish Shahani Associates in 2005. The aim is to partner with clients to become the preferred supplier and enhancer of talent.
In addition to managing Shahani Associates Ltd, Vik services the recruitment needs of the banking and finance community in Tokyo covering banks, securities firms, asset managers, real-estate and hedge funds. On the training front, he is retained by clients covering multiple industry sectors, to provide team building and communication initiatives.
